Sant Baba Nirmal Dass Ji (Gaddi Nasheen) descendant of Dera Baba Pritam Dass Ji, village-Raipur–Rasoolpur and president of Shri Guru Ravidass Sadhu Sampardai Society (Regd.) believes that the teachings of Shri Guru Ravidass Maharaj gives the message of equality among the human beings. Baba Ji appeals to the followers to bring prosperity and happiness in the lives of underprivileged and poor people in the society while following the revolutionary thoughts of Shri Guru Ravidass Maharaj.

Baba ji has a vision of taking this school to the college and then to the university level. In order to fulfill his dream he is leaving no stone unturned by giving free of cost books, uniforms as well as studies to the parentless children and even fatherless children.

Baba Ji feels that these children should be given exposure to the outer world, he feels pleased to see students speaking in English and performing smartly on stage. He blesses and wishes all the children to work hard and to become successful in their lives. Baba Ji believes that the potential of the child should be channelized to the optimum so that he/she becomes a successful professional, a good citizen and above all an asset of the human society.
